Panel Mounting Programmable Counters

Programmable 4- and 5-digits counters SM3хх are designed to measure and control of producing processes, connected with counting of products and objects.

Counters can be set in two regimes of working - Up and Down. They are controlled through two digital inputs.

Properly work of the devices dependent on some configurable parameters: impulses to count, direction of counting, setting up inputs and outputs, value of the digital filter.

SM325 is multifunctional counter and timer. It has ability to manage rotary encoder and two switch input at the same time. The controller manages angle movements or count impulse series. When there is no encoder connected additional inputs control Start and Reverse processes. In SM325 can be set up to 10 steps. Angle movement or number of impulses, waiting time, with/without reverse, type of reverse and next step conditions can be set up for each step. In case of power stoppage current program, current step, current position or value are saved into internal memory. SM325 has internal power supply for rotary encoder - +24V/25mA.

Cyclo / Frequency Meter

SM341 is multifunctional programmable controller with different function for every band. When it operates in band=0 (1/s) it works like frequency meter. Operating with parameter band=1 (1/m), controller measure rotation per minute – tachometer. In the third regime with band=2 (1/h) it count pieces per hour (production meter).

SM341 is equipped with two NPN or PNP inputs – one for measurement and one for permission. The controller can be ordered in two types of power for input – internal or external. There is internal digital filter that protect the counter against false impulses and it can be set up to 250ms. Relay output is standard equipment and 0-10V output is an option.
